FungiFun Shipping Policy

Welcome to FungiFun! We want to get your favorite items out of our digital forest and onto your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

To give you the fastest and most reliable delivery experience, our Shopify store is synchronized with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). This means that while you check out securely on our Shopify store, your order is safely packed and dispatched directly from a local Amazon fulfillment hub closest to your location.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS as soon as your package has been handed off to our Amazon fulfillment partners and is officially on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We keep our shipping options simple and transparent. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While Amazon's fulfillment network is incredibly efficient, unexpected transit or weather delays can occasionally happen.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package. Because we utilize Amazon’s logistics network, your package may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on what is fastest for your area.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate and update after receiving your notification.

Shipping Restrictions & PO Boxes

Because we fulfill orders via Amazon MCF, there are a few delivery parameters to keep in mind:

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to PO boxes, but expedited options are generally unavailable for these locations. Standard shipping is highly recommended.

  • International Shipping: Currently, FungiFun ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, though we hope to spread our spores globally in the future!

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking status says "delivered" but you cannot locate it, please reach out to our team at [Insert Your Support Email] within 48 hours. Because your order is backed by Amazon's infrastructure, we will work quickly to investigate the transit details and coordinate a replacement or solution for you.
